Temporary Staffing

Through a highly structured interview process, PCHS determines an applicant's reasons for seeking temporary employment, their work interests, the skill sets they currently possess and those they wish to pursue.  We discuss long term career goals, industry preferences, and of course, their availability. 

Depending upon the types of positions in which they have interest, PCHS performs skills testing on any of more than 800 skills tests and assessments. 

Our testing procedures effectively measure job knowledge, skills and abilities in Microsoft Office, clerical, computer literacy, IT, call center, accounting and legal areas.

After interviewing and testing have been completed PCHS conducts interviews with the professional references the candidate has provided to us.

The information we gain allows us to predict more accurately the assignments in which an applicant has the most potential for success.
